Half Blood Prince

On ABC Family yesterday and the day before yesterday was a whole marathon of HP. Yesterday they showed HBP. A line that Ginny says always bugs me because it's not in the book and no where do they show Harry with lots of blood on him until Draco breaks his nose in the very beginning.

The line is, "He's covered in blood again, why is he always covered in blood?" Covered in blood? Was she talking about all his adventures with Voldermort? I just don't get it, please explain it to me.
